Used for horizontal and inclined conveying for large capacities of bulk materials at ambient temperatures. Belt is placed over idler rollers and wrapped at end pulleys. Return Belts are supported by return idlers. Lengths can vary i.e. in kilometers. The belt tensioning stations are designed depending on length of the conveying.

BB2 : BUCKET ELEVATORS

Used for vertical conveying of bulk material of various kinds and can be of belt type or chain type. Different types of bucket profiles are available for specific applications. Heights can be up to 60 mtrs. And handling capacities is up to 500 TPH.
