They utilize a sophisticated "dust cake" filtration principle where the initial layer of accumulated dust acts as a high-efficiency secondary filter, allowing for the capture of sub-micron particles.

Working Principle : The Filtration Cycle :
- Inlet & Stratification : Dusty air enters the housing. Large, heavy particles lose velocity and settle immediately into the hopper via gravity (pre-separation).
- Filtration : Finer dust travels to the filter bags. As air moves from the outside-in, dust is trapped on the exterior surface.
- The "Dust Cake" Effect : A controlled layer of dust builds up, significantly increasing the capture rate of the finest particulates.
- Automatic Cleaning : Once the pressure drop reaches a set-point, a Reverse Pulse Jet of compressed air is fired into the bag. This creates a shockwave that flexes the fabric, dislodging the dust cake.
- Discharge : Collected dust falls into the bottom cone and is removed via a Rotary Airlock Valve, Double Flap Valves, or screw conveyor, preventing air leakage.

- Anti-Static/Explosion-Proof : Equipped with grounded conductive fibers and explosion vents for combustible dust (Sugar, Flour, Chemical powders).
- Sequential Timer for Bag filter is 16,24, 32 channel (output) sequential operation systems-channel sequential operation for bag filters, with configurable channels (e.g., 8, 12, 24, 32). Each channel has fully programmable ON/OFF times, easily set through the keypad and displayed on the LCD screen.
