Chain Conveyors :
Fourteckh Enviro (India) Private Limited is recognized as a premier Manufacturer, Supplier, and Exporter of Chain Conveyors. Designed for the most demanding industrial environments, our chain conveyors are the go-to solution for transporting hot, abrasive, or extremely heavy materials that would typically damage or slip on a standard belt conveyor.
Engineered for Extreme Conditions
While belt conveyors have their limits, Fourteckh Chain Conveyors thrive in harsh settings. Whether in moving hot clinker in a cement plant or abrasive minerals in a mine, our systems provide a positive-drive mechanism that ensures zero slippage and synchronized movement, even under massive loads.
Technical Features & Safety :
- Material Handling : Ideal for "difficult" loads: hot, oily, abrasive, or bulky items.
- Drive Mechanism : Positive-drive sprockets (No slippage issues).
- Construction : Hardened Alloy Steel or Stainless Steel strands with wear-resistant liners.
- Safety Devices : Zero-speed switches, shear pins, and emergency pull-cord switches.
- Tensioning : Automated spring-loaded or manual screw-type take-up units.
Working Principle: The Positive Drive :
- Motorized Traction : A high-torque motor and gearbox power the Drive Sprocket. The teeth of the sprocket engage directly with the chain links, providing a slip-free pull.
- Continuous Loop : The chain (single or multi-strand) travels along a precision-engineered track, supported by low-friction wear strips (UHMWPE or Manganese Steel).
- Material Movement : Depending on the type, the material is either "dragged" along the trough floor by flights (Drag/En-Masse) or carried on plates (Slat/Apron).
- Controlled Discharge : Material is released through a discharge chute at the head end. Because the drive is mechanical, the speed can be precisely controlled for synchronized assembly or feeding.
Specialized Chain Conveyor Types :
- Drag & En-Masse Conveyors : Fully enclosed troughs where flights drag material in a solid mass. Perfect for dust-tight transport of grains, cement, and fly ash.
- Apron (Pan) Conveyors : Overlapping metal pans attached to heavy chains. Built specifically for hot materials and heavy-duty primary crushing feed.
- Slat & Roller Chain Conveyors : Used in assembly lines and warehouses to move pallets, containers, or automotive parts with high precision.
- Overhead Trolley Systems : Utilize a chain running on an I-beam track to move parts through painting booths or assembly stations.
Advanced Safety & Reliability Features :
At Fourteckh Enviro, we prioritize the longevity of equipment and the safety of operators:
- Overload Protection : Systems are equipped with Shear Pins or electronic torque limiters to prevent motor burnout in case of a jam.
- Wear Monitoring : Our conveyors feature easy-access inspection hatches to monitor chain elongation and sprocket wear.
- Environmental Sealing : For dusty applications, our conveyors are "Dust-Tight," preventing particulate escape and protecting the chain lubrication from contamination.
- Anti-Backstop : Prevents the chain from running backward on inclined sections during a power failure.
Core Industry Applications :
- Cement & Steel : Handling hot clinker, slag, and metal scrap.
- Power Plants : Ash handling and coal transport.
- Automotive : Heavy-duty assembly lines and chassis transport.
- Mining : Movement of raw ores and crushed stone.
- Railways : Movement of Coil Springs.
