The Engineering Principle :

The Y-Diverter features an internal "flap-gate" or "bucket" mechanism that pivots to block one outlet while fully opening the other. Our design ensures a smooth internal transition, minimizing material turbulence and preventing the accumulation of dust or granules in the "dead zones" of the valve body.

• Robust Diverter Blade : The internal flap is reinforced to handle the impact of falling materials and is available with hardened wear-liners for abrasive applications.
• Positive Sealing : Equipped with industrial-grade seals (PTFE, Silicone, or Neoprene) to prevent material leakage into the inactive leg, ensuring 100% stream separation.
