Multi-Cyclone Separators (High-Efficiency Clusters) :
Fourteckh Enviro (India) Private Limited is a specialized Manufacturer, Supplier, and Exporter of Multi-Cyclone Separators. While a single cyclone is effective for coarse particles, our Multi-Cyclone systems are engineered to handle massive air volumes while maintaining high collection efficiency for much finer dust particles. In industrial filtration, there is a direct relationship between a cyclone's diameter and its efficiency: the smaller the diameter, the higher the centrifugal force. Instead of one massive, less efficient cyclone, a Multi-Cyclone system utilizes a "battery" of small-diameter cyclone tubes housed within a single chamber.
This allows the system to:
- Handle high-volume gas flows without losing efficiency.
- Capture significantly finer particles than a single large unit.
- Maintain a compact physical footprint.
Technical Specifications :
- Operating Principle : Parallel centrifugal separation via multiple tubes.
- Efficiency : Higher collection rates for particles in the 5–10 micron range.
- Tube Material : Cast Iron, Ceramic-lined, or Stainless Steel for wear resistance.
- Capacity : Scalable design; custom-built for any CFM/cubic meter requirement.
- Configuration : Available in vertical or horizontal tube arrangements.
Working Principle: Parallel Filtration :
- Manifold Distribution : The dust-laden air enters a common intake plenum (header), which distributes the flow evenly across all internal cyclone tubes.
- Individual Centrifugation : Each small tube acts as an independent high-velocity cyclone. Because the tubes have a small radius, the centrifugal force generated is significantly higher than in a standard cyclone.
- Synchronized Separation : Particles are driven to the walls of each tube and spiral downward into a common collection hopper.
- Clean Air Recovery : The cleaned air from each tube travels upward through individual vortex finders into a common "clean air" outlet chamber.
